3rd February - 9th February Children's Mental Health Week
The theme this year is “Grow yourself, know yourself”. “Grow Yourself” encourages self-development and emotional growth. “Know Yourself” promotes self-awareness, understanding emotions, and expressing needs.
Activities to Support Mental Well-Being:
Self-reflection exercises: Journaling, drawing feelings, or talking about emotions.
Mindfulness activities: Breathing exercises, guided meditations, or nature walks.
Open conversations: Encouraging student to talk about their feelings, with guidance on how to approach the topic.
